We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

    As an Office Administrator at Red Light Wellness, you will support company operations maintaining an organized office environment. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks, supporting various departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Reception and Communication:

    Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.

    Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the relevant individuals.

    Administrative Support:

    Assist marketing executive with preparing, editing, and formatting documents, and presentations.

    Maintain and organize physical and electronic files and records.

    Coordinate office supplies and equipment procurement, including monitoring inventory levels.

    Ensure office supplies are full and facilitate orders.

    Help executive staff find, clean, and keep office orderly.

    Scheduling and Calendar Support:

    Help schedule administrative meetings, and appointments.

    Help schedule RLW therapy room treatments.

    Data Entry and Record Keeping:

    Input data accurately into the company's databases and systems.

    Team Support:

    Assist the executive staff with administrative tasks as needed.

    This is an on-site, full-time position. Hours are 9-5pm. Monday thru Friday.

    Office Administrator Qualifications / Skills:

    Proficient with Microsoft Office software

    Can respond to executive emails and have basic phone skills

We are currently seeking a Wiring Harness Technician to join our team and produce high-quality wiring harnesses for our products.

    As a Wiring Harness Technician at Red Light Wellness, you will be responsible for the assembly and production of wiring harnesses used in various electronic and electrical systems. This role involves working with precision, attention to detail, and a strong focus on quality control. The Wiring Harness Technician will collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure that products meet the highest standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Wiring Harness Assembly:

    Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and diagrams.

    Assemble and fabricate wiring harnesses, cables, and wire bundles according to specifications.

    Wiring:

    Strip, crimp, and terminate wires with precision.

    Ensure proper insulation and secure connections to prevent electrical issues.

    Quality Control:

    Inspect wiring harnesses at various stages of assembly to detect and rectify defects.

    Perform continuity and resistance tests to verify proper functioning.

    Documentation:

    Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, changes, and adjustments made.

    Record and report any deviations from established standards.

    Collaboration:

    Collaborate with engineering and design teams to resolve issues and improve harness design.

    Communicate and coordinate with team members to meet production schedules.

    Troubleshooting:

    Identify and troubleshoot wiring harness issues, performing repairs or modifications as needed.

    Compliance and Safety:

    Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards.

    Keep the work area clean and organized.

    Qualifications:

    No previous wiring experience required.

    Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and electrical schematics.

    Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

    Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    Wiring skills with a focus on precision a plus but not required.

Founded in St. Louis, MO, we develop and manufacture red light healing units to help with your overall wellness. We are seeking skilled, motivated, career-minded individuals to fill an immediate opening in the Sales& Marketing Department as an Inside Sales Account Executive.

    Role Summary
    As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you help generate leads and serve as the first point of contact to potential customers to drive new business. Learn from the founder, a lifelong salesman, and play an active part in growing the red light industry.

    Responsibilities
    Collaborate as a team with the CEO & Founder to prospect new business and expand the customer base

    Cultivate relationships with potential clients while educating them on the company's industry brand and service

    Coordinate the management of and response to all customer requests

    Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails, inbound lead follow-up, and appointment scheduling

    Qualifies leads into prospects

    Represent the company by leading sales presentations to clients

    Provide necessary support to CEO & Founder to keep the sales processes running smoothly

    Grow company by assisting to successfully close deals and earn additional compensation

    Basic Qualifications

    A two (2) year degree and/or 3+ years of on-the-job experience in a related field

    Proficiency of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

    Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to display a sense of urgency

    Strong team player, with a full understanding of confidentiality agreements and proprietary information
