How to Use It
Place the LumaGlow mask gently on your face. The bird-nest structure positions the LEDs 10 to 15mm from the skin without pressing into your face. Choose your session length (10, 15, 20, or 30 minutes) and your preferred intensity. Press the power button and relax.
Most users settle into the warmth and use the time to rest, breathe, or simply pause. The session ends when the timer finishes.
Use 3 to 5 times per week as part of a regular routine. Skip days work fine. The point is consistency over time, not a specific schedule.
