American Made
Red Light Wellness is a US-based company that designs, builds, and supports its whole-body red light therapy beds in St. Louis, Missouri. We are the only US-based manufacturer of full-body commercial red light therapy beds. Buying American-made equipment means a supply chain you can reach, service you can schedule, and parts you can actually replace.
Why we build in the USA
Many commercial red light therapy systems rely on international manufacturing and supply chains. Red Light Wellness took a different approach. Founder Ron Poe chose to build the beds in St. Louis, where the company can stay close to manufacturing, service, and replacement parts.
The Wellness Collection is designed and assembled in the United States rather than sourced from an overseas OEM. The Miracle 5040, Miracle 6200, Big Miracle 7200, and Max Miracle 9600 are all built in the same St. Louis plant to the same manufacturing standards.
American manufacturing is not a slogan on the box. It keeps Red Light Wellness close to the people, parts, and processes involved in building and supporting its equipment. When a bed needs service or a replacement component, customers can work directly with a US-based team that knows the equipment.
What American manufacturing means when something breaks
Any machine with moving parts and thousands of LEDs will eventually need service. What separates American-made equipment is what that day looks like: a phone call to the people who built the bed, not a support ticket routed overseas.
US-based service. Support and service are handled in the United States by the team behind the beds. Customers can reach Red Light Wellness directly without navigating an overseas support chain.
Field-replaceable parts. LED modules and key components are designed to be replaced in the field, not sealed inside a unit you have to crate and return. Replacement parts ship from St. Louis so the bed can stay where it belongs: on your floor.
Warranty and service support. LEDs are rated for 100,000 hours, and every bed carries a 10-year frame and 2-year components warranty. See warranty and service for the full program. link later
Building here keeps quality control close
Owning the plant means owning the standard. Assembly and testing happen in the same St. Louis facility. Each bed goes through burn-in, irradiance, and uniformity testing before it ships. If a bed does not meet the company's manufacturing specifications, it does not leave the floor.
