Web Accessibility Statement

RedRx (operated by REDRX, LLC) is committed to making our website, red-rx.com, accessible to and usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe all visitors should be able to find information about our services, locations, and offers regardless of the technology or abilities they use, and we work to support assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and keyboard navigation.

Our standard

We aim for our website to be consistent with relevant portions of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities. We use them as our benchmark as we build and improve the site.

Please note: this website is currently in BETA

Our website is actively being developed and is not yet fully compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We do not claim complete conformance at this time. Accessibility is an ongoing effort for us, and some areas of the site may not yet meet the standard while we continue to build, test, and remediate. We are working to improve the accessibility and usability of the site on a continuous basis.

Ongoing effort

Because web technologies, browsers, and assistive tools vary and change over time, some users may still encounter difficulty accessing certain pages or features. We regularly review the site and make reasonable efforts to correct issues as we identify them.

Third-party content

Some content and features on our site are provided or hosted by third parties, for example, our online booking and free-session request form (hosted by HighLevel) and embedded maps. We do not control these third-party services and cannot guarantee their accessibility, but we are glad to help you complete any action (such as requesting your free session) by phone if you experience difficulty.

Contact us / report an issue
