FDA-Registered Facility · Hosted In-Person Tour
See exactly where
your system gets built.
Most equipment buyers never see the floor. We'd rather you did. Walk the FDA-registered facility where every commercial-grade Red Light Wellness system is assembled, tested, and signed off.

See it for yourself, not in a brochure
Before you put a bed like this on your floor, you want to know it is built the way we say it is. The fastest way to know is to see it. No stock photography, no contracted line you can never trace. You see the real facility, the real benches, and the real test stations. For now we share it by video and in person. A full virtual walkthrough is coming.
Can we do something like this with the videos we have?

Packout & commercial dispatch
Every inbound component is logged and inspected before it touches a build. Boards, lenses, drivers, and housings each get checked against spec on arrival.
Traceable lots
Burn-in & output testing
Experience the models
Diode arrays are populated and seated on the bench, then checked for placement and seating before they ever get power. This is where wavelength consistency starts.
660nm + 850nm
Commercial-grade frames are assembled to carry continuous-duty use. They are built for a clinic floor that runs all day, not a closet that runs twice a week.
Continuous-duty
Each system runs a burn-in cycle, then gets measured for output. Units that drift out of tolerance do not advance. They go back.
100% tested
STATION 05
Final inspection & sign-off
A human signs off on every unit. Cosmetic, mechanical, and output checks are recorded against the unit's build record before it's cleared to ship.
Named sign-off
Systems are packed for freight and routed to commercial accounts. The build record travels with the unit so the facility can trace it for the life of the equipment.
Build record attached
Then you spend time on the beds themselves. You see the models available, feel the build, and picture them on your own floor. This is the part a spec sheet cannot give you.
Hands-on with every model
What this facility means
An FDA-registered facility is a verifiable fact. So we let you verify it.
Red Light Wellness systems are Class II medical devices, registered with the FDA. The systems are built in an FDA-registered facility under medical-grade and commercial-grade build standards. That registration is a matter of record, and this tour is the proof you can walk through.
Built in an FDA-registered facility, not a contracted line
Commercial-grade and medical-grade build standards throughout
Every unit output-tested and signed off before dispatch
Build record stays with the equipment for full traceability
Four decades of engineering sit behind these standards. The full story lives on the Manufacturing Process page. This tour is where you see it firsthand.
