Red Light Wellness Referral Program – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
The Red Light Wellness Referral Program (“Program”) is available exclusively to existing Red Light Wellness customers (“Referrers”) who have purchased a Red Light Wellness bed directly from Red Light Wellness (“RLW”).
Participation is by invitation or approval only. RLW reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine eligibility for participation and may deny or revoke Program access at any time without notice.
2. Program Overview
The Program allows eligible customers to refer new potential customers (“Referrals”) to RLW by sharing their experience and purchase details. When a referred individual purchases an eligible Red Light Wellness bed, the Referrer becomes eligible to receive a referral reward, as outlined in Section 3.
3. Referral Rewards and Payouts
Referral rewards are issued on a sliding scale, determined by the specific Red Light Wellness bed model purchased by the referred customer.
Reward amounts and qualifying product tiers are defined by RLW and may be updated at any time without prior notice.
Payouts will only be processed after full payment for the referred purchase has been received and verified by RLW.
Rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
4. Referral Requirements
To qualify for a reward:
The Referrer must be an approved participant in the Program.
The Referrer must submit the referral through the approved RLW referral process (e.g., referral program portal).
The Referral must be a new customer who has not previously purchased from or been in contact with RLW prior to the referral.
The Referral must complete a qualifying purchase within the timeframe specified by RLW.
5. Program Administration and Discretion
RLW retains full discretion over the administration of the Program, including verification of referrals, determination of eligibility, and issuance of rewards.
RLW reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Referrers may not:
Misrepresent themselves as employees or agents of RLW.
Use deceptive, misleading, or unethical promotional methods.
Solicit referrals through spam, paid advertising, or unauthorized marketing channels.
Any violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of any pending or future rewards.
7. Limitation of Liability
RLW shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of or in connection with participation in the Program.
8. Force Majeure
RLW shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay, failure, or interruption in the performance of its obligations under this Program, directly or indirectly caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, war, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, government actions, or interruptions in transportation, communication, or utilities.
In the event of a Force Majeure occurrence, RLW’s obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the disruption, and RLW shall make reasonable efforts to resume normal operation once conditions permit.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
